If your plans change after the reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of arrival date. Deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date are responsible for entire cost of reservation. The credit card on file will be charged in full unless the room(s) rebook. If room(s) rebook, you will be refunded the difference minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds provided for late arrivals or early departure

No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals, as defined under the ADA, are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and we do not allow these on-premises. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.

The Saluda Inn is strictly non-smoking (and non-vaping) indoors and outdoors. Guests violating this policy in public spaces will be asked to leave the property. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a public space, the hotel will charge a minimum $250 cleaning fee, placed on the guest invoice at the time of discovery, either before or after check-out.

To support a peaceful, sleep-friendly environment for guests, The Saluda Inn maintains a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from another guest, you will be issued a warning. If there is a second noise complaint, you will be escorted from the premises without a refund. All amplified sound will end promptly at 10:00pm.

All of our 4 suites contain Televisions in the common room of the Suite. Single rooms do not include televisions. We feature High Speed Fiber-optic Internet through-out the entire inn, so please feel free to bring your devices to sign in and enjoy your time or simply, unplug, rest, and enjoy nature in our beautiful mountain setting!
